World Vegan Day
World Vegan Day is celebrated every year. The date chosen for this important day is November 1st.
We are celebrating the birth of the first vegan association in the world: The Vegan Society, founded in 1944. In these 80 years the Vegan concept has expanded to many daily activities and actions beyond the basic ones of nutrition. More and more often we find Vegan certification on clothing, accessories and obviously body care products.
Maria Nila, a Swedish company with which we have been working since 2019, dedicates part of its profits every year to The Perfect World Foundation, and does so in collaboration with a network of certified salons like ours with the The Friendly Year project.

Maria Nila for Pollinators
Maria Nila and The Perfect World Foundation have chosen pollinating insects for the 2024 protection project.
The small but important creatures close to home: pollinators. These guys are key to maintaining a colorful and thriving environment for us all to live in and are a very important part of biodiversity.
Without pollinators, all of us humans and all of the earth’s terrestrial ecosystems would have no life. From bees and butterflies to birds, pollinators facilitate the transfer of pollen between flowers, allowing countless plant species to reproduce and survive.
NORDENS ARK
Nordens Ark is a private non-profit foundation that works to ensure a future for endangered animals.
They are engaged in conservation, breeding, research and education, as well as raising public awareness of biological diversity. In Sweden, Nordens Ark has the national responsibility for breeding and releasing, among others, several species of beetles and butterflies.
During this year we will in particular follow the new butterfly farm of Maria Nila Nordens Ark, the environmental restoration projects, the planting of nectar flowers and the flower meadows.
